My Merdeka Eve
Where do you spend your Merdeka eve? It's a long weekend tho. I didn't really go far because definitely there'll be terrific jam going out of town and coming back into town later. Guess where I went?

GENTING CITY OF ENTERTAINMENT
I have never stucked in the jam on the way up to Genting. This is my first encounter to Genting "with jam". There are so many halted cars as their engine temperature hit the max. Now, talking about the merdeka celebration. Genting Management is very smart. They hire a few CLOWNS jumping around entertaining the crowd at the car park in front of Genting Hotel and Highland Hotel before the actual countdown. It was not too cold because I actually bought the 31% discounted ice-cream. During the countdown session, they had street dance performance and 2 tradisional dance performance. After that, we countdown together and shouted MERDEKA for 7 times. Then, continue with 3 patriotic song. LASTLY, the FiReWoRkS. It lasted for about 10 minutes. The neck felt like it's going to break. Altho it may not be fun but sharing the ice-cream with hubby and watching the fireworks makes it more sweet and fun!
